ORDER AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed and charged in Euros. All prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
Free shipping for orders from €500.
Shipping up to 5 kg within BE costs €15.
For shipping to other countries please contact us at info@lmnt.be
You can place an order by sending us an email including the following information:
- subject email: ‘ORDER’ + name client
- content email: name client + delivery address + phone number + name of the product + size product + amount of items
GUARANTEE AND RETURN
Element sincerely hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase.
In case you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Items on sale or discount can unfortunately not be returned. All returns or exchanges must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still on.
Element is not responsible for return shipping costs nor for handling or import charges when items are returned. In case of a lost parcel when returning an item, Element can not be held responsible for the loss.
JURISDICTION
All agreements made with Element are subject to the Belgian law. Disputes concerning the conclusion, validity, interpretation or implementation of the sales contract or of the current general terms and conditions will be settled by the court of Ghent.
